This is a seaside villa surrounded by a spacious courtyard and a big, green tree garden, located in Lichnos bay, 3km far from Parga’s cosmopolitan area.

Three separate apartments await you, two on the ground floor and one on the first floor, with capacity of three(3), four(4) and five(5) people each.

Elegantly furnished and decorated, with fully equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation.

The yard’s and garden’s architectural design creates space that provide privacy, comfortable accommodation and offer autonomy, which is a distinct benefit for our guests.

The town of Parga is built amphitheatrically with many colorful houses.

From the castle you have a breathtaking view down on Parga and the small island with the church Panagia.

In the area of Parga you can find more beautiful Attractions. Many of them you can reach with your own car, rental car or motorcycle. There is also the possibility to enjoy some destinations by bus with a guided group. From Parga or Lefkada you can make also boat trips. Some of these attractions are:

How to travel to Parga!




Travel by plane

The nearest airports are Preveza/Lefkas (PVK), Corfu (CFU), Ioannina (IOA only domestic flights) and Thessaloniki (SKG).


Travel by ship

The nearest harbor is Igoumenitsa. There are many connections to Italy, for example Venice, Ancona, Bari, etc.


Travel by car

From Thessaloniki via highway Egnatia Odos E90 in the direction Veria, Kozani, Ioannina. Before Igoumenitsa take the exit and continue in direction Parga. From Athens follow the Highway Athens-Patras. Cross the bridge Rio-Antirrio continue to Mesolongi, Agrinio, Preveza and Parga

· What is the booking policy?

➝ In order to complete your reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total amount is required.


· Is there possibility for additional beds & baby cotts?

➝ There is not possibility to add extra beds in our apartments. In case of babies or young children guard rails are placed on bed upon request.


· Are pets allowed?

➝ Pets, up to 15kg, are allowed by agreement.


· What is the smoking policy?

➝ All our apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is allowed on your terrace or on the outdoor place of the villa.


· What time is check-in/out?

➝ Check-in starts from 14:00 and check-out is to be completed up until 11:00.
